Parents-to-be

Parents-to-be

As first time parents-to-be, you’ve spent countless hours researching pregnancy and birth: on the internet, reading books and articles, talking with friends and family and taking classes. You have hired a midwife or doctor and a birth doula. You’ve made changes to your lifestyle and made plans for a healthy and active pregnancy and birth.

Your birth is a huge event (think marathon), and when it’s over you will not only need to recover, but you will also be caring for a new baby. You will be embarking on a radically different life as a family. And you will be creating that new life as you go.

Caring for a newborn is a lot for anyone, more so for someone who has just gone through labor and childbirth. But I can help you be as prepared for parenting as you are for your birth.

I have talked with many parents and thought back over my journey and I have designed a package to give you all the support that I would have wanted if I only knew it was available.
